Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

• While staying at Red White & Views, guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
  • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
  • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
  • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
  • Vineyard: Food and wine served; Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each; HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking allowed outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• Guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge in the event there is a wedding or private party at the North Pavilion.
• This home allows 1 mature, crate-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
• Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the transfer fee must be paid for in advance to the Club.
• Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
• This home allows 1 mature, crate-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per night plus tax.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

• Free parking is provided.
• The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All Eagles Nest homes have high-speed internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• All homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
• This property includes: towels, bed linens, climate control, cooking basics, high-speed internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, patio, hot tub, and free parking.

Safety and Emergency Information

• For added safety, a locking gate separates the levels to keep children or pets secure on the main deck.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Additional Critical Details

• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
• OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% discount - only during rates listed as Off Peak.
